Ok, so i’m sorry if this is already an issue brought to your attention (which i’m sure it would have been or currently is), but i have no time to peruse forums (because i’m not a fan) to find the thread and read every comment to get to the bottom of my problem. So, plain and simple, i am unable to save game clips or snapshots or whole game recordings to my HDD, but i can save to the cloud storage. I’ve spoken to a microsoft representitive and they’re pointing fingers at yourselves Halo team. Stating that there’s something up with the video compatibility? and i can send you a copy of the conversation i’ve had with them in case this brings up some sort of law-suit. They’ve told me that my HDD can’t save because it’s a fault your end. I find this very irritating, a game of this stature - Halo 4 - that you cannot make it compatible to be able to save film clips. it’s a feature i greatly enjoy. I was able to save a few clips when Halo 4 first came out, but for about 3-4 weeks now, i’ve been unable to save films or snapshots.
can i ‘bump’ this? Halo team, i need your attention or there’s gonna be a formal complaint on your hands after microsoft told me to bring it to your attention as it’s YOUR fault.
No need to threaten with a them with a Formal complaint, it won’t work when you post it on a forum.
Contact one of the moderators/staff at 343i. They could point you in the right direction
