can't resume LASO playlist (Reach)

This has been happening since launch. When I try to resume it says it’s loading ONI Sword Base, but Winter Contingency loads instead.

Did you start the playlist in co-op by any chance?

No, it was solo.

Something interesting to note: the time modifier begins to drop at 10 minutes instead of 15 minutes. It’s like the par time for ONI Sword Base is applied to Winter Contingency. It even says ONI Sword Base in the pause menu.

The level that loads is 100% Winter Contingency?

Alright, so I went back and beat it, and it dropped me in Nightfall next.
