Can't redeem req code

Hi,

I have bought a Halo 5 controller and it came with an advanced promotional req code, however when I try to redeem it on redeem.microsoft.com – I get the following error:

“Looks like you already own the item”.

And I cannot redeem it…

Is there a way 343 can resolve this?

Check your REQ inventory for any unfamiliar items. Maybe you didn’t notice them in your account.

What’s the promotional REQ pack called that you are trying to redeem? Have you ever gotten this type of REQ pack before with another code?

I don’t have any req packs in my account unfortunately

Advanced REQ Pack, and yes I think I have used this pack before with a different code which I got from Amazon

Some REQ pack types can only be redeemed once per profile, looks like you already have what that type of pack offers. It should still be valid to use on another profile, you could give it to a friend
