Is anyone else having issues redeeming their double XP? I enter the code exactly how it is on the ring pull and it says my code is invalid?
I can’t even sign into the promotional website as creating an account states that my email is already in use, and they never actually send any password change emails that i request.
Are you sure you enterd it correctly? it should be a 10 digit code. i have redeemd over 10 codes without any problem so far.
