Title says it all. Won’t let me buy the classic helmet pack. It acts like it is loading it, with the little green bar that goes across over and over, ya know before it normally would pull up the confirm screen. Then it just backs out back to the req store. My payment information is correct.
Apparently I can’t buy any req packs. This isn’t good 343. I cannot give you money, which I am trying to do.
I’m having the same problem. I checked my order history on my account to make sure I didn’t actually purchase them and it didn’t. Just seemingly loaded the pack then just took me back to the store.

I had what you are having, except that I then tried again and purchased it twice apparently without feedback. Contacted Microsoft support and got a refund on the second purchase though, really weird, never had problems purchasing in the store before.

I’ve checked my purchase history plenty of times yet I still haven’t seen anything. I tried twice or three times I think, hopefully I don’t end up having three charges put to my account…
Same here. Loads and then phmff! Backs out without any order conformation.
Running into the same trouble. Voice over pack ever took a couple of tries too
Are you guys trying to purchase in-game? If it doesn’t let you after a hard reset of your console, you could try purchasing on Xbox.com and see if that works for you
