I sent a support ticket about friends being dropped from our fireteam and booted as the game starts. I was told that support only handles in game bugs.
Wouldn’t two different friends in an Xbox party and Infinite fireteam being dropped from two games in a row be a game issue? Is that a server issue?
It forces us to all quit out, relaunch the game and recreate our fireteam so we can stay together and play together. If this happens enough, someone gets banned and we have to play custom games.
Why are we being banned because our friends in our party/fireteam are not loading into games with us? We’re not going play 12-15 minute games without our friends who were booted from the fireteam. Of course we’re going to quit out.
I don’t know how to communicate these drops are happening?
