I got the halo 5 xbox one and my digital copy wont work its keeps saying the code is not found shouldn’t I be able to pre load it ?

You should probably contact Microsoft Support about that code I think: Xbox Support
You should be able to pre load Halo 5 if you write in the right code I believe.
