The flight is offline until next weekend. It ended last night at 2200 PST. Though do not delete the flight as you will use the same download for next weekend.

The flight has ended until Friday, October 1st, and even then the Multiplayer is only online between select periods of time.
I would strongly suggest checking on Halo Waypoint to find out when those times are, and do keep in mind that this is PST, which means if you live in the UK you will have to wait until 18:00 to play the multiplayer.

No flights ended till next weekend
The Halo Infinite Technical Preview is now offline, but will return on the evening of September 30th [PT]. A specific time has yet to be announced. There is no need to delete or uninstall your build.
