Whenever I try to watch a video I get this message “Sorry, but the browser or device you are using does not support this video. Please ensure that your browser is using the latest version of Silverlight to continue.” As far as I can tell, Silverlight is up to date.

What browser are you using? Most browsers usually support Halo Waypoint, but older versions of these browsers sometimes don’t. Knowing what browser and version you have will help me determine what your issue may be. 
I’m using Firefox, it says its up to date. Also, now when I try to load a video I get the error “Could not load the article you requested. Please try again later.”
I will try later of course, but still its weird.
Try using IE. (I know, I know but still.)
Luckily chrome works, so I don’t have to use that! Thanks for the help!
