Can't Play The New Maps

Everything else works fine, armor, skins, etc. Whenever I try to play the new maps, however, matching making or custom games, the game says I have not downloaded them and that I’m missing the content needed to play.

I’ve cleared my cache, and reinstalled War Games. Any suggestions?

It does seem like we’re the only ones with this problem. I hope we can get this fixed soon, as my excitement for this DLC is dying quickly.

Yeah, me too. I loved the pit and was really looking forward to it. Vertigo looked cool too. I also like getting achievements. I just find it fun. Will really disappointed if I can’t play the map pack. What really bugs me is now my Majestic and Castle map packs don’t work. I thought those maps were good too and liked playing them. Really sucks.

Yea I started a thread too. It is really starting to make me angry…

I know. I raged and started an angry thread and got locked in like 10 minutes. Was so pissed though. It’s our money and we get the shaft. Really sucks.

Let’s keep this bumped up guys. Surely someone will give us a solution.

hey guys, I may have found a solution. What worked for me, is I deleted ALL the halo4 content off my xbox.I am now in the process of reinstalling all the DLC, but so far it looks like everything is working. No failed to load content messages anywhere…

I’ll use this as a last resort. I’d rather not risk losing anything.

I know what you mean. I just raged a little bit went ahead and did it. So far it seems to be working. Will update once I’m done though

We’d recommend reaching out to Xbox LIVE Support for issues regarding DLC content not being recognized. One of the best ways to contact them is via @XboxSupport.

Deleting and reinstalling the bundle didn’t work.

I’m seriously disappointed in 343 this time around. You guys let me down.

That would be nice, except from what people have been writing about, it’s something 343 should be fixing. There is only so much xbox support can do and it hasn’t been working. That would mean it’s your problem, not theirs and certainly not ours. Some people still can’t play Crimson yet. SO THIS IS YOUR GUYS FAULT. DON’T SWEEP IT UNDER THE RUG. FIX IT. I probably speak for the majority of us who have this problem when I say we are pissed.

How? Once you buy it, your done. And we have all tried that. Unless you want us to buy it on a different account. Otherwise there is nothing you can do.

MAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN… i made a post too! no response really… but i dont want to have to delete everything for a couple of maps. This should be a number one priority for 343 and I dont understand why we arent getting any feedback on them at least TRYING to fix the problem… we have to become the techs? im getting frustrated too because i talked to microsoft support for sooooo long… so i work for 8 hours and have to spend 2 more hours on the phone? At least they tried… I hope you guys find something else… Im a little hopeless right now while im at work…

i started asking them about it on twitter. this is complete -Yoink-. i don’t understand why they can’t at least acknowledge us. don’t think i will buy anything from them anymore if this keeps up. can’t believe how ridiculous this is. 343 apparently doesn’t give a -Yoink- to at least say, “we are working on the problem, sorry.” really? nothing? complete lack of trust towards 343. i realize it’s only been a day and a half, but what about the people who have had this problem since Crimson was released and still have this problem with every DLC? i don’t understand how they have a customer base based on how they are treating us.
