Can't play the game

So I’m playing the game on legendary, made it to level 5 and all of a sudden when I died it brings me back to the dashbaord…

Everytime I try to load up the game it does the same thing before I ever start…It told me also that I can’t play online modes for some reason…like I’m banned for not even playing online today…

I tried a hard reset on the box but still does the same thing…help?!?

I believe there’s a glitch ever since the update came out. I had the same thing happen to me. After dying in campaign, the game crashed and it sent me back to the dashboard. As far as I know, people are saying that 343 is aware of the issue.
