Hi, I am trying to download this game with no sucess, because My cell phone is not compatible with that game. Did anybody face this issue too? And how to solve it?

I see. Then I’m afraid to tell you that the app store support on Windows 8 ended last December.
The good news is that you can upgrade your device to Windows 10 (as stated here) and download the game from the Store.
