I recently purchased Halo 4:GOTY edition and it came with the war games download the crimson, castle, and majestic map packs and the Champions Bundle. Well everything has worked but the parts of the champions bundle. The champions bundle came with the bullseye dlc which allowed you to play ricochet and get cool skins for guns and your Spartan IV. I have all of the skins but I can’t play ricochet. Can anybody help me?
Ricochet no longer has its own playlist, it is scattered in other playlists like Action Sack and Proving Ground.
In order for it to show up in your custom games gametypes, you need to first download the gametype.

As The Little Moa has said, Ricochet is available in a handful of Matchmaking playlists, and is only available in Custom Games when you save the Gametype, either from a Recent Game or from the Halo Waypoint File Share, here.
