I’ve been trying to play co-op with someone in Halo reach, it puts us in the same party, then we start the game and we are both in our own game sessions. Is there any way to actually play together like we are trying to?
Also, if one of us tries to quit it won’t let us till the other does also.
BUMP
I have the same issue! My friend in Canada gets booted out from our co-op session and sent to her own campaign instance. We can play multiplayer and other game titles together with no problem, and i know her internet isn’t slow. I also have no problem playing co-op with other friends who live relatively closer to me.

I’m also having this issue since the Reach update, it kicks me and my partner out of all Halp coop games. Any advice?
