Error authorizing user with Halo 5 Guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes.

This is what I’m getting right into my face when I’m trying to play Halo 5 with the new update. Does it mean I’m ban? I can’t even see my spartan and my level! Also, I’ve never had the bonuses for pre-commanding Halo 5 Guardians Digital version, that’s false informartion!

I got this after the last update. Try hard reboot.

Shut the Xbox off and unplug for about a minute then try again.

There’s an update, just hard reset your game.
