i bought halo wars 2 on my laptop transfered my gamertag to my new xbox one and downloaded halo wars 2. everytime i go to use the multiplayer it says i need xbox live gold ( which i have ) or it needs permission which im pretty sure it has it. i dont know what to do. the multiplayer works fine on laptop just not on my xbox
