Cant play online in the H3 PC flight

every time i try to play online it says “Dedicated Server Ping-Your ping times are to high to play the configured dedicated server regions. Please check your connection and try again”

I already tired to reinstall the game, restart my router and switching to LAn and then back to xbox live servers but nothing helps…
any sugestions what i could do ?

i play from germany and normaly when i play via xbox on the EU servers i have a ping from 15 on EU west and 35 on EU north and on the US servers 75-110

I have the same issues, and even started getting it on the normal version of the MCC game on PC. I’m on the East Coast of the US, and tried all the things you’ve mentioned as well.

I’m in the UK and I have the same issues, on the flight and normal version.
When checking Settings > Network > Xbox Live, the list of servers never populates, it’s blank.
Refreshing Pings does nothing, I’ve searched for previous topics regarding this issue, and none fixes the issue.

As soon as the flight was removed from my Steam account, Matchmaking worked again.

They need to find a way to allow both to be installed if they want more people to flight their next iterations.
