Can't play online after update

Ever since the 3.3 GB update, I haven’t been able to connect to the Halo 5: Guardians lobby service.

So far, I have:

  • Restarted the game(several times) - Signed out and back in - Restarted my console - Done hard reset of my console - Reset my router - Tried all the ports on my router - Unplugged router power cable, waited 30+ seconds, plugged it back inand the problem persists still. What can I do? I’m getting really frustrated by this.

Note: I have no problems with other games.

It’s working again. For me at least. You should try again :slight_smile:

Can’t get past title screen. Loads message of the day. Game crashes me back to Xbox home Everytime.
Ive got digital copy, So may uninstall an reinstall. See what happens??
