Can't Play On Live

So I decided to hope on and play some halo, I grab a gold prepaid code and redeem it on my computer before switching the xbox on.Live starts up and works as I can see my friends and status online etc, As I try to get into a game it says I need Gold membership even through I have gold. Annoyed I try switching to connect on xbox live through the spartan hub only for it to say my profile is not allowed?.

The hell I didn’t get banned and the only ban I have got was a silly voice ban as I didn’t think my Kinect would transmit the sound of a storm outside my house. I’m using a cable through my wireless computer to xbox and the NAT is strict.

Sorry friend. The code that comes with Halo 4 is for a new account. I learned that the hard way.

You should continue to hope on.

On a more serious note as long as you were a silver account and used it, it should be fine. Maybe try deleting your account and recovering it? As long as it won’t take too long.
