I just downloaded Halo 5 Forge and I’ve been trying to do anything to at least enter a game by my own and I simply can’t.
I can play the tutorial just fine. I can also browse all the custom maps, prefabs and stuff in the database. The thing is that when I’m going to start ANY TYPE OF GAME (It doesn’t matter if it is Forge or Custom Match),
First: Tries to reach the Halo 5 Forge Servers and stuff
and then error pops in and says: “Attention: Error retrieving Data center connection quality information. Please try again later.”
After that, I can change all the game options, teams, and all that stuff. But when I click “Start game” , the error comes up again.
I’ve been trying to do almost anything. I disabled COMPLETELY my antivirus and firewall, including the router firewall. Also, I saw in a thread that disabling something called “Flood control” in the router Firewall helps a lot with the packages (It was already disabled). I changed accounts. Some people said that uninstalling the Halo app helps. A lot of thing. And all the threads that I saw didn’t had a solution.
What’s the problem then? Can at least someone answer and come up with a solution? A 343 admin or something?
The help is apreciatted.
