Can't play multiplayer

I can’t seem to play multiplayer (Arena or Warzone) on Halo 5. Had issues the other day where my req system wouldn’t work and now I can’t connect to a match at all. Spoken to microsoft support for hours and still no luck???

Restart your console or delete and re-download the game.
