Can someone help me i just bought halo 5 and after a 100gb download i was unable to play multiplayer because i need gold even tough i am a Gold Account and before someone says that it could be expired i double checked it and even bought it again because it sends me to the Shop site
Try to refresh your console’s cache by unplugging it half a minute. If this doesn’t work, maybe you can try to make the xbox you are playing on your “Main One” in settings. Also try to open you modem’s NAT in it configuration. If all of this does not works, try calling support.
