I can’t play Halo 5: Guardians multiplayer at all!
Co-op and Custom Game errors:
“Error retrieving data center connection quality information. Please try again later.”
Arena and Warzone errors:
“Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam.”
These appear all the time, have reset, re-installed etc, nothing working. Any ideas?
(I am in the UK and have very fast internet connection etc)
Same here. Which, is weird cause it wasn’t till I backed out for a second that it started happening.
Same exact error messages for me. I posted this about about 5 days ago and have yet to get any official response from 343. I’ve tried hard resetting my xbone, router, contacted Microsoft directly (sad day when Microsoft has better customer service), they ran me through some networking changes, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, uninstalled and reinstalled offline, then went online to download the 9 gb patch… nothing. I’m just about fed up with 343. We’re unlikely to get any actual help because there are very few cases like ours, so fixing it for us to play is not high on their agenda. Good luck Whitey, hope you get a fix, I’m about ready to trade this game back in for something functional.

I have the same exact issue.
I played it with no problems for like 10 days and when I got the new dashboard this happened…
I also have not been able to play an mutiplayer on Halo 5 at all. Like everyone else in the Uk like everyone else installed, uninstalled still no joy. Finished campaign. Uninstalled, installed, still no joy. Takes the wee wee that the majority of the (expensive) game doesn’t work and that the issue is not being addressed by anyone O I give my hard earned to. Swines
Come on guys i buy the game yesterday and i can’t play online pleas guys fixed this, i only hope that game stop refund mi money cause the game doesn’t work i will wait for 2 days.
I´m having the same problems, too. It´s absolutely impossible to get into Multiplayer. Coop doesn´t work and Arena or Warzone don´t work either and I´m getting the exact same error messages. It worked fine for the first few days after launch but after that I couldn´t start a single coop game and just barely was able to get into Arena or Warzone, and if I did happen to get into a match I was kicked out before the match ended.
The muliplayer part of Halo 5 is an absolute mess. You thought they might have learned from Master Chief Collection, but it seems like they didn´t.
The sad thing is that 343 doesn´t even seem to care, otherwise they would have released some kind of statement regarding all the problems reported in this forum (and there are a lot).
I´ll say it as it is: I´m really loosing my trust in 343 Industries.
Server distance issue? Maybe the closest server to you is trash?
I was having the same issues tonight, on the second hard reboot I was able to get into arena, but as soon as my friend invited me to his party I couldn’t connect. Hard to reboot a third time and he had to join me instead so we could start some matches.
I’ve been having this problem since the game came out and have tried the hard reset and it still doesn’t work.

I cannot play multiplayer either cannot find players for like a week now…I hate 343 this is what we get when a woman designs a game
