Can't play matchmaking because of stuttering

Hey gamers !

Please I am completely lost !
I experienced frame drop issues three times in a row. Did you ever experience that kind of issue ?

Every game since today is now unplayable, it's urgent ! I cannot finish a game and the irony of that is that I got banned from Matchamaking because of something to which I am not responsible.

I really need help or at least talk with someone that has the same problem :’(
