I changed my xbox one name and then tried to play reach and it didn’t show a name change for the 360 thing and I try to sign on and it wont

Sometimes it can take a little bit for the changes to sync up everywhere

You have to “recover” your new gamertag. Then it’ll be good.

This, I changed mine around December 15th & I had to recover my new Gamertag
