When Halo Wars 2 came out, I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition, the physical copy. I recently got a PC, so I tried to get HW:DE on PC, but it says I don’t own HW:DE on PC, but I own HW:DE on Xbox One. It is listed as a Play Anywhere game, so why is this happening? I already talked to Xbox Support who redirected me to Halo Support, but that only tackles MCC problems. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

You have problem to find match on MP or is on all system?
I can’t play at all. It says I don’t own it.
