On November 25th, I pre-ordered the “Halo Reach Add On” for the Halo Masterchief Collection. On December 3rd, when Halo Reach was released, I found that I was able to play Reach on matchmaking and Forge just fine, but I couldn’t play the Reach Campaign or Firefight, despite pre-ordering it. I even reset my Xbox One and reinstalled the game but it still tells me to purchase Reach and directs me to Microsoft Store, even though I already bought the DLC. I went to “Payment and Billing” on my Microsoft account and confirmed that the transaction for the Reach Add-On was completed.
