Cant play halo 5 on my main profile.

Ok ill start from the top, i had had this issue for a few months now but i stopped playing halo so i didnt contact the support, but now i miss it and then discovered im still having the same issue, what happens is the following, when i press start after the game loads so i can get into the main menu it gives me the option to pick a profile, if i pick this one profile “mlutfi” it gives me a messege (the one in the quote box) i tried everything from hard restarting to redownloading, the thing is, all the other prfiles on this same console work fine on halo and it starts totally normal, except for my own profile. This has lasted for so long, i would love a fix.

Did you try restarting your internet router? Perhaps there’s a hang-up with your profile getting through to the servers.

Yes, i did, i restart my router every few days, so, that should’ve fixed it a couple of months ago.

Does your profile login in okay when you start the xbox? Did you set your xbox to “Home” console in settings? Did you get banned for some reason with that profile. That’s about all I can think of. You can always give MS support a call. They’ll tell you why that profile isn’t working.

Im going to do just that. None of the reason u jist gave apply to me, i have my profile as home, never been banned for anything on xbox, i sign in perfectly fine and play on all my games just as fine. Ill just contact MS support and get this sorted out, thank you for trying to help me tho.
