Today i tried to play Halo 4 and upon starting it up and looking at my record i can’t see my spartan character and worse when i join a game it counts to 0 and then im spectating i can’t play i can only watch can you fix this. I tried with 2 of my other brothers gamertags and they are able to play on my console so it has to be something wrong with my gamertag. Also it shows im a sr13 when in reality im suppose to be a sr21. Ill show a couple of pics.

You wont get an answer, ever. 343 does not communicate on this forum for any reason.
As for your issue, you need to contact Microsofts Xbox support staff. Any and all gamertag related issues are under their control. I suggest you contact the moderators at the official xbox forums in the ban section. These staff will confirm or deny if you are infact banned from playing Halo 4. If not banned they wil most likley resolve the issue for you.
That’s strange. Try deleting an re-downloading your GT to your HDD.

i actually did try to contact them and a rep told me to come here
i also did redownload profile and i tried to play on 6 diff consoles
also im pretty sure im not banned i played the game once and it was with griffin tec competition that’s it

yup i can see it in the menu when i click on my friends i see there’s but mine is invisible this is in the menu

i played it a month ago with no problems then i tried it 1 week and 6 days ago and i notice it can you help me out and help fix this problem
something got corrupted in your GPD file, Whether it was altered or your profile was altered, delete your old profile and redownload, it should give you a new GPD file thats server based from the last time 343 servers had it Scanned for lack of better words.
i redownloaded my profile 7 times
