Can't Play Halo 4 At All..

When i try to play campaign the game loads fine and i see the opening cutscene, but when the cutscene is finished i get booted back to the main menu without any message or something. However when I install the game unto my Hard drive it doesn’t even load the cutscene. With all the multiplayer modes the game freezes and says disc unreadable during the loading screen (with the UNSC logo).

The discs has no scratches or something like that.

How can I fix this?

have you tried exchanging the disc for another one? My first 360 was a used one and the eye (reader) went bad on it… it would also scratch the heck out of my discs. I exchanged one copy of gears of war 4 times before I turned in my xbox to microsoft and they sent me a brand new one.
