I have spent the last two nights Dealing with this issue. Xbox support sent me here. And I can’t find any link to customer support, except in the forums? Xbox says there’s issues with my game account. Last night I tried a bunch of things and ultimately ended up deleting game and re downloading. I got an error message after trying to play the game tonight.
" Attention. Error authorizing user with halo 5: guardians services. You will be unable to access online modes."
Last night I was in the middle of playing the game , and it kicked me to the home hub. I tried to re load the game and it would get as far as the deploy screen . And send me back to the home hub.
As soon as I told xbox chat about this, they told me it was an issue with Halo , not xbox. Then gave me a link to this site. So . If there is any way to get a hold of someone who can fix this issue I would greatly appreciate it. I haven’t even had my xbox a full week , and I’ve played a total of twice. This is very frustrating, and All I want to do is relax and play my g.d. game.
