Can't Play FOTD in Waypoint

I have the Limited Edition and entered in all the codes but when I click on Foward onto Dawn in Waypoint it wont play. It says that I need to have the LE in order the play. Whats the deal?

Are you talking about Halo Waypoint on the web or on the console?

Both, WayPoint won’t load up on my console. It’s just freeze up and I have to restart. So I tried on the Waypoint website and that’s where I get the message that I need the limited edition.

Try deleting Halo Waypoint completely from your hard drive and manually download it via the Dashboard, head to the Bing tab and search for ‘Halo Waypoint’.

Don’t launch Halo Waypoint via Halo 4 ever, it is broken.

Once you’ve done that, you’ll get a prompt on the console version saying you can now watch FuD on Console & the Web (web via the following link: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/fud)
