Can’t seem to play the campaign. Whenever I try to play it the game simply returns me back to the lobby or the game crashes. I’ve no idea what the game is trying to do that’s causing it to crash. Support didn’t get back to my ticket in 6 days and still has no answers. Anyone reading this with the same issue should likely just return the game.

What platform are you playing on, Xbox One or PC? Because if you are playing on PC then the only game that is currently available to you right now is Halo: Reach and it counts as a DLC, so you would have to purchase that, and run it through the MCC Launcher . The rest of the games are to follow in 2020 in chronological order.
