I’ve been unable to play any BTB for two months. I tried at another friends house. I tried on other Xbones and still couldn’t get into a match. I can only get into BTB matches if I’m with a friend. My roommates can get in alone just fine. So it’s not my connection.
Exact same issue here in Australia. You’re not alone and it’s not a problem on your end.

I’m unable to find a game alone or I’m just not patient enough, but when I’m with a Team of 4 or More I can usually find one. Odd.
I have the exact same issue except with Breakout. I tried at another friends house too and on other XBOX Ones. I’ve added all the ports, NAT is open, and it’s only on Breakout for me, but it’s sounds like the same exact issue except for BTB for you. I think it has to do with the initial ranking. When they do the reset for March, I bet you’ll be able to play the first 10 games but after that, you won’t be able to get a match. If you figure anything out, let us know. Thanks!
