Im not sure what changed but one day my xbox decided it had enough loading any map in any game mode at all for Halo 4. Whether it be campaign mode, spartan ops or war games all it does is spend way too long at the loading screen, go to black and then reset me at the main menu screen. What the heck is going on with this game?
sounds like it’s a scratched disk error.
try install both disks. if it doesn’t work, check the disks to make sure they aren’t scratched at all.
if they are scratched, you can fix them ez.

I heard its a bad idea to install disc 1. Not for sure though…
Already installed the game, checked the discs again to be sure and its still impeccable, the game hadnt left my xbox since I opened Halo 4 and put it in the first time.
