Hey I was playing through Halo CE on PC but I can’t seem to pick up any weapons. As you can tell this is pretty big. I was part of the insider program and also had this bug, I don’t know how to fix it and am wondering if anyone else has this issue. I also can’t change my zoom settings from toggle to hold because it’s non existent.

I did rebind but it still doesn’t work

Same is happening to me opened a ticket. Present in both campaign and multiplayer cannot pick up a weapon but can use the dsame function to get in a vehicle or pick up a flag, its not super fun to play when you get blasted and cant pick up ANYTHING

Yup, got the same thing happening to me. At first I thought it was just the campaign being laggy as usual, but since it happened in multiplayer too something must be broken somewhere.
I am having this exact same issue, changing the key binding doesn’t fix this issue and only moves it to a different key. Same key works to enter and exit vehicles but can’t pick up weapons and this is both in the campaign and multiplayer. Validate steam files also didn’t fix the issue.
Hey everyone, can you all please check that your version of Windows is fully up to date? If it’s not (which I suspect it isn’t) make sure you update and restart. Each time you restart, make sure and double check Windows update again to make sure you’re on the latest version. After that the issue should be resolved.

I have updated my game and validated the files twice on steam. Same issue.

Not the game, your Operating System. You need to check Windows Update and make sure you’re on the latest version

HI! Came in here with the same issue, read through, and you reminded me I still had an OS update pending! Did that and now it is working properly.

Make sure your windows version is up to date and all should be fine!

I was having this issue and it persisted through re-launching the game in single and multiplayer.
Restarted my machine and it worked again, but now I can no longer play multiplayer as it triggers the anti-cheat for a map violation.
Verified the integrity of my game with Steam and it’s repairing, but we’ll see how this goes.

Same issue.
Windows version 1909, all up-to-date, windows store version of the game.
