Description: Cannot paste into the post editor. Whenever I try to, it says “Please use CTRL-V or CMD-V to paste” and forces me to refresh my browser because it won’t let me close the dialog box that pops up.
Desired Result: The pasted content should, well, paste.
Notes:
Please fix this. It’s hindering my ability to use the forum and I cannot tolerate it anymore.

Yes, it does this to me as well. Rather rude not to let me use my tablet.

Update: the issue is still happening. Please fix it!
I went to post a link to another thread but was unable to because the forum complained, telling me to “use CTRL-V or CMD-V to paste” in a non-closeable dialog box. I still don’t understand why this isn’t being addressed or even acknowledged.
I agree that this is a disturbing lack of functionality. I hope it gets changed in the future, though it is hardly a deal breaker for me. I love this community.
I mean, it’s not like this bug isn’t hard to notice.

Don’t want to give false hope, but in the recent MSDN video that talked about building the new Halo Waypoint, it was mentioned that there is an update for the website in the works to be pushed out. Hopefully this will include some updates and fixes to TinyMCE. I’d love to at least have access to source code view on mobile 
There is a topic here in the Universe forum discussing it or here is a direct link to the msdn event
You can get the moble source with the developer tools on Chrome. Once you’ve got them open, you can press the button in the upper left corner that looks like a smartphone. It’ll change the agent that the page uses to decide which device you’re using.
I noticed that the forums were updated!

I’ve decided that basic editing functionality is overrated.
This is an annoying problem. Somehow this hasn’t been fixed since the new site was launched.
