I just downloaded the Master Chief Collection on game pass for pc on my computer, and I can’t play it. If I try to open it from the Xbox app, it just minimizes the xbox app and then doesn’t start the game. If I try to open in from the windows store in the library it actually opens, goes past the logos, and then it closes and brings me to the Halo Reach windows store page, which I guess makes sense since reach is the only game so far. I thought I would try opening reach from the library, but I just click the Launch button and it doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried restarting my computer and it does nothing. I don’t know what to do about it now, I just want to play the game.
same! just made a post at the same time lol. it wont start at all, i’ve restarted and I’m now reinstalling the game
Don’t bother reinstalling, I’ve done it 3 times, done a wsreset.exe, reboot the computer. It doesn’t work

I found a solution, I went into PC Settings -> System -> Storage -> Apps and Features, then searched for MCC in the search bar. Then I clicked on it, clicked the “Repair” button, and the next time I went to launch it it worked! It still doesn’t launch from the xbox app but it does launch from the windows store.
