Can't Open Gold REQ Pack in my inventory

I have a Gold REQ Pack currently in My Packs and it refuses to let me open it even though it says I have a Pack to open is there anyone that can help me unlock this? I got it with the code for my collector’s edition game guide and I can’t open it

It’s possible that ti’s a gift-only pack - meaning you can’t open it yourself, you need to gift it to another player. Have a read over the details and see what it says
