Can't Multiplayer Halo DE on PC

Hey Guys,
I 've bought HW2 Ultimate Edition and want to play HW DE online. But as soon as I start a message shows up telling to “access Multiplayer with buying Xbox Live”. So can’t I play online on PC now? And may it be possible to play customs against/online without with my brother who has Xbox Live because he has an Xboxone and a PC?

I have a similar problem, DE PC or XBone will not let me connect to online services for multplayer.

I have a same problem. Can’t connect to online services on my PC and XboxOne.

Edit it seems to work now, don’t know why. But there is no search function?! Wtf man so this game isn’t even playable, please FIX IT
