PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW I TO FIX NOT BEING ABLE TO MOVE IN MATCHMAKING!
I can move in the menus, I can move in campaign, I can move in a custom game, but the second a social game starts everything stops working. I can’t even go to the start menu. I have to force quit my game, I have now had to quit 3 games in a row and sit through a game where I went 0-10 not being able to do anything.
It has nothing to do with the input, I am using the same controller and the same setup on PC I have been using for over a year. When this happened in the past I just reset my computer and it worked but now I have reset 3 times and each time my game still doesn’t work in matchmaking.
Hi,
When in a matchmade game, input is locked to the preferred input device selected in the settings. To change your input device go to the following from the main menu:
Options & Career > Settings > Controls > Preferred Input Device

Ummmmm, no that doesn’t help. As I said it has nothing to do with the input, my preferred input is set to the controller. None of my settings have changed.
Also if that was the case I would be able to use my m&k which i can’t use either. NO INPUT WORKS.

Interesting. I know that is a common culprit so I brought it up to make sure we were good on that end. My next suggestion would be to reset controls for both Mouse & Keyboard and Controller to factory defaults from the main menu settings page. If this doesn’t resolve I would then completely re-install the game.
As always, if an issue isn’t listed as a known issue for any of the games, I would encourage submitting a ticket over on the support site for the issue so that the developers can help dig deeper.
