Pleeeeeeeeeaaaase fix this, infection game modes are the best!
Every time I try to save an existing infection game mode type or save a new one, it immediately says “save error, try again later”. Restarting my game, router and/or my xbox won’t fix it, and I’m not the only one with this problem. Changing privacy settings doesn’t work either.
I can save custome game modes for things like slayer or assault (which i never play) just not infection.
Yeah infection is my favorite mode but I’ve never had the problem you have

Maybe try shutting down your entire internet?

No, I have only created “Illegal Weapon Hybrids”, a game mode where you spawn with different weapon pads corresponding to your team. So, for example, there’s a DMR that shoots H2 Beam Rifle delta orbs, a gunfighter magnum that shoots Nornfang Bullets, and even a grenade launcher sentinel beam, and more. (I’m Not advertising it BTW)

No I haven’t but I’ll try and let you know if I have the same problem

do you have a disc or digital? as far as I know, it’s only a glitch with digital

The problem of saving a mode is very frequent, it is very simple, just save it twice, the mode will remain in your files.
That glitch is not game mode specific. It’s a server side problem that only affects Forge and the game reading you spartan data when you first load up.
In short the problem goes away on its own after a couple’s hours. Although if you’re unlucky and it happens during a forge session go to the dashboard and fully quit the he from there. This will cause your forge session to get backed up as a recovery save, so the next time you boot up forge you can just pick up where you left off.
Since you’re forging infection maps I’ll leave you with this experimental tidbit that I just learned recently. To prevent any spawn glitches from occuring place your spawns first before you do any building. It may not work but it may just save your map from becoming non-functional.

Also does not work. It IS game mode specific because i can still save other game types, just not infection. So whatever glitch you’re talking about, it’s not the same.
