can't make custom challenges

I haven’t been able to make custom challenges since the first time I tried last week. I made one called Test for 1000 Firefight kills in 48 hours, and forfeited right away since I wasn’t going to be able to play for at least that amount of time. Everytime I try to go to the page to create a new one since, I get an error message now.

Anyone else have this problem?

Well then the system has been down for a week, cause it hasn’t worked for me in a week.
