Can't look up game history?

I want to look up someone’s game history- you know, when a friend appears offline and you’re curious who they’re playing with- but it won’t let me. I’ve tried multiple times but when i click on game history under service record, it redirects me to the service record. Why is this? Can you disable your game history or something? I don’t know if the player disabled their game history or if it’s just not working for me…

Just tried, not working for me either, good catch.

If you modify the URL to say /gamehistory and not /ServiceRecord, you’ll be able to check it.

Solution for now is to change the gamertag at the end of the URL to the one you want to see.

and the “%20” equals a space in the gamertag
