Can't log into the Monster collaboration site

So I bought four monster energy cans and I went to the site Monster Halo GWP & Sweeps to redeem them but it refuses to let me log in with my Microsoft account, all it says is “could not log in” does anyone know how to fix this or am I doing something wrong?

You don’t use your microsoft account. You’ll need to create an account there. https://earnrewards.com/monsterhalo/create_account

I’d recommend reading the instructions thoroughly over there to see how to do the program.

Code redemption is unaffiliated with Microsoft or 343, so if you need further support you may need to reach out to them directly.

Hi do you find a way to solve this ? I’ve the same issue I just send a mail to the support but if you’ve a fix, I’ll be glad to have it. Mine said " this email address is already registered " I’ve check my inbox after doing " forgot password " didn’t receive anything so I’ve check if I’d a mail to confirm my registration if I’d forgot I already registered but there is nothing & I’m never deleting my mails.

Unfortunately no I haven’t, I also have the issue you described. I’ll let you know if I find a solution.

I was having the same issue but I tried to log in once more and after that failed, I the link to create an account and it signed me in. really weird but it worked for me.

I was getting the 30100 error too. I used Monster Halo Experience to create an account and that worked.
