Can't log in to Halo Support site

I tried to log into the Halo Support site to submit a ticket, but when I click “log in” I get redirected to a blank white page with the URL “https://login.halowaypoint.com/logout?kind=error&message=User+is+invalid%3A+Email%3A++<<my email address>>+has+already+been+taken”

I’ve already tried clearing cookies, using incognito mode, etc

I have no fixes for you but I have the exact same problem. I wanted to report that my insider profile was randomly wiped as a bug there but I cannot even do that because of this error.

That was actually what I wanted to report too. My profile got completely reset without me knowing so I missed the MCC season 8 flight. It’s been over two weeks now, are these forums even monitored?
