Which Halo title are you referring to?

Halove 5 guardians I can’t load slayer or free for all I can play them if I’m invited into a fire team but can’t play on my own. I talked to micro soft and they checked as much as they could I also went and got a new xbox today and they didn’t work either. I just tried big team battle and it load just fine.
