Can’t link my Steam account to the Halo Insider account. Tried to connect via IE and Chrome on PC, and via Chrome and DuckDuckGo on mobile. Constantly redirected to a blank webpage. Can’t refresh page. Clearing cache doesn’t help. Any ideas?

Experiencing the same issue here. Was hoping that I was the only one, but it seems others have the same problem. I’m confident it will be resolved soon.
Just re-attempted and it works now for me!
I just tried going to my insider page and got
“PROBLEM DETECTED
Well, this is embarrassing. Looks like we have some problems on our end.”
Then I tried five minutes later and everything is fixed for me.
