Hello fellow halo gamers. i recenly signed up for the halo legendary loot crate and went to link my xbox live account for the in game content but everytime i link my account it give me an error and tells me to try again or contact customer support. ws wondering if anybody else is having this problem or if they got it resolved. i contacted loot crate customer service but they have yet to respond. let me know if anyone knows what else i can do or if you are having the same problem.
Unrelated question to for your problem but when you order did you get charged right away for all of the crates or will it actually just charge you on the month it gives it to you? I am wondering because I was thinking on ordering it myself

they charge you full price up front. i thought it was a monthly charge but its a yearly charge. i bought the 12 month package and the charged me like 240$ right away.

it also automatically renews every year so if you do order it you will have to turn of automatic renewal or you will be charge again when your subscription ends. which i dont know how that will work if they cahnge you to different loot crate or if they will continue to make more halo ledgendary loot crates

oh also if you sign up before july 19 you will receive the july crate as well or you will have to wait till september to get you first crate

The first crate will be September OP - Halo crates are every 2 months, you have until August 15th to sign up (July 19th will be for the regular crates). You could take the option of paying every 2 months, but you save a little buying yearly.
As for your issue, may just be a problem with servers right now

I have that issue, but if you go here, you can see if your account actually linked. When I check my XBL permissions it shows loot has access and I got the WP badge.
I am working with lootcrate support to correct the issue.

Thank you i do see that loot crate actually linked but still didnt get the badge. maybe it will take a couple days

how long did it take for the badge to show up on waypoint?

Unfortunately, this webpage simply shows which apps and services you’ve connected to with your Microsoft account. It does not mean that a profile sync with lootcrate was completely successful. We’re currently investigating what may have happened with pdingles21’s account.

Thanks 343 industies. I think my problem was resolved I received the waypoint badge and when I go to the loot crate website I now have the option to unlink my xbox live account. So I assume its linked.
