I don’t get error message or anything. It just runs on background, but doesn’t actually open up. Tried reinstalling, running as administrator and updating drivers already. No effect.
I had similar problem on my PC. Fixed it by adding HaloInfinite exe as allowed/trusted app in my F-secure antivirus software and it is launching normally now.
